Who Is Dmitry
Dmitry Fedotov is a technologist and executive with more than two decades of experience at the intersection of finance and emerging technologies. Today he leads Emerging Technologies at ADGM, where he develops forward-thinking regulatory frameworks for artificial intelligence, decentralised governance, and quantum-secure infrastructure.
He spearheaded the world's first purpose-built legislation for blockchain foundations and DAOs, led digital-asset assurance during the collapse of major exchanges, and scaled a hardware-wallet company to a global brand. His work combines regulatory insight, business development, and engineering to turn emerging technology into working systems.
Dmitry holds degrees from Stanford University. His work focuses on regulatory environments that foster innovation while protecting stakeholders and maintaining market integrity.
